In order to expediently maintain and ease of installation by reducing the mounting height, flap and main rudder with hanging holes,rudder sleeve at the elbow board and soleplate soldered directly to the hull bottom, at the rudder bearing lubrication with water or oil,operational performance of the rudder blades to further enhance.
